We are seeking a candidate to become a part of our team! We offer on-the-job training as well as virtual classroom training for certification opportunities. Our technicians provide carpet cleaning, carpet repairs, air quality assessments, as well as water and mold mitigation services to local multi-family communities. Pay raises will be provided based on successfully completing training and certification courses provided throughout your employment, always allowing for growth.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to make a quality difference for our clients and customers. The core responsibility for this role is to serve as a highly regarded member of our team for the duties of carpet cleaning, as well as restoration of property damaged by water, mold and other methods of damage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding role
• Provide proficient performance in carpet cleaning, water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards. (Training provided)
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
• Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each project
• Prepare rooms/areas for job activities. Set up equipment for each project.
• Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Skill Set & Requirements:

• Prior carpet cleaning and restoration experience not necessary
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old
• Proficiency in time management
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening
• Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable with working in restricted spacing such as crawl spaces or attics
• Comfortable with being on call on weekly rotation.
