Cleaning Technician Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable carpet cleaning technician to join our team! This role involves cleaning and restoring carpets, upholstery, and tile flooring for our customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all carpet and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technicians daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Follow company safety protocols and industry standards

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Certificates: CCT certification is advantage
• Clean MVD drivers record
• Valid drivers license
• Strong work ethic and detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work alone or with a team
