Seeking a CARPET Installer for our company as an Independent Sub-Contractor to help continue our great customer service and lead in flooring. Customer pays directs to you which means more money in your pocket! Experience in installation required with a contractor license and proof of insurance is a must. References are a plus. Pay Rate: $3.50/SY + DIRECT PAY
**Must have own vehicle with insurance and contractor license and proof of insurance.**

Responsibilities:
· Manage and perform flooring installation and repairs using personal equipment and team
· Prep area and materials for installation
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Pick up and track all equipment, customer product, and supplies
· Accurately complete and submit company required paperwork for each job
· Communicate with office and management on customer measurements & daily schedule
Requirements:
· Valid US driver’s license with dependable, insured personal vehicle a must
· Must be a licensed contractor with proof of insurance
· Previous experience in carpet installation, or other related fields
· Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
· Ability to handle physical workload as a team player
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Deadline and detail oriented
· References are a preferred but not required
