Contract-to-Hire Recruiter

Symbiotic Services, a leading staffing firm specializing in talent acquisition solutions, is seeking an experienced Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to join our team on a B2B / 1099 basis. Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a contract recruiter, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
• Openness to transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and agreement.
