Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer , and I am a Recruiter with  The Fountain Group . We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Delivery Driver & Drone Loader for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description: $25 Hourly

• The Merchant Drone Loader supports drone-based delivery operations by picking up and loading customer orders onto autonomous delivery drones. This role ensures orders are accurately packaged, safely loaded, and dispatched on schedule while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards within the drone launch site.
• Pick up merchant orders for drone delivery, verifying item accuracy, packaging integrity, and order completeness.
• Load orders into drone cargo compartments following weight, balance, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with drone operators and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Conduct pre-dispatch checks to confirm packaging security and compliance with drone payload limits.
• This role requires working nights and weekends, with shift hours ranging from 8 AM - 4:30PM and 3:30PM to 12AM 5 days a week - 8 hour shifts).
• Drivers license (required) able to support multiple locations throughout the Phoenix area
