Our client, a leading distribution and logistics provider, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Order Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable work habits, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title and Pay Rate: Forklift Operator, $19-$20 per hour
Location: Perris, CA
Shift: 5am
What's the Job?
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and center riders to move, stack, and transport materials.
Use scanners, PCs, and warehouse technology to complete order fulfillment tasks.
Follow all safety and regulatory requirements, including equipment operation standards.
Load, unload, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones.
What's Needed?
Experience operating forklifts or similar powered industrial equipment.
Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification (if required).
Comfortable using warehouse technology such as scanners or basic computer systems.
Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as part of daily tasks.
Strong teamwork, communication, and safety-first mindset.
