Immediate Hiring For Order Puller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Puller for our Bettendorf, IA location. As an Order Puller, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling a variety of orders, including Retail, Plumbing Wholesale, HVAC, UPS, Truck, and CPU's (customer pick-ups). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure orders are pulled accurately and efficiently by following instructions on packing slips generated daily.

Responsibilities

• Complete pick lists (pull orders) within prescribed performance guidelines.
• Follow pick list instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.
• Fill pick lists/orders from the Receiving Department when necessary.
• Pack and label boxes and skids to prevent damage, and organize pipe and boxes (or combinations) on pallets for wrapping and shipping.
• Bag and box by hand (individual inners, masters, and special quantities) prior to auditing.
• Complete special label orders when necessary.
• Function as a team member when training, working with other order pullers, or auditing other order pullers.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and company Safety Policies, Procedures, and Rules.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Essential Skills

• Experience with order pulling, inventory management, and using RF scanners.
• General labor and shipping and receiving experience.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in picking, pulling, preparing, packaging, or completing orders from packing slips or other forms of orders in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred: 3 years of related work experience in a warehouse environment with skills in picking, packing, loading, and inventory management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
