Work Environment:
Our shop specializes in custom fabrication and welding tailored to clients' needs. The environment is not climate-controlled and can be dusty and loud at times. It's a small setting where safety is prioritized; welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots are required, while safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided. The first shift operates from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
