  • Maintain organized records of regulatory communications, documentation, and project updates to keep initiatives on track.
  • Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders and Compliance leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Research evolving licensing requirements, interpret regulatory changes, and provide clear guidance to internal partners.
  • Contribute to cross-functional licensing and compliance initiatives as business needs evolve.
What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • The ability to learn, interpret, and apply laws, rules, and regulatory guidance with accuracy.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on improving systems and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Paralegal or customer-facing experience is a plus.
