• Starting pay at $21.00 per hour during training, with an average pay rising to $23.55 per hour after training.
• Enjoy a 4-night work week with shifts from Sunday to Friday, allowing you to rest on Saturdays.
• Work hours begin at 5:00 PM and continue until all tasks are completed.

Position Summary:

As a Night Warehouse Order Selector, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders by selecting food and non-food items from multi-level warehouse storage systems. You will prepare pallets for shipping using an electric pallet jack or forklift, all while following safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate seamlessly with your team to support operational success.

Position Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all preferred work methods and safety protocols as per company guidelines, reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review your work schedule, gather necessary supplies, and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards established by the company.
• Utilize a pallet jack for transporting pallets to and from multi-level racks based on order sheets.
• Manually load stock items onto pallets as directed.
• Deliver completed customer orders to the shipping dock staging area, which may involve shrink-wrapping pallets.
• Manage battery maintenance for equipment and complete inspection checklists, ensuring security of all equipment at the end of your shift.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the operation.

Qualifications:

• Must be available for scheduled work hours and any required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift consistently throughout shifts.
• Capable of lifting products weighing between 10-35 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in diverse temperature environments, including coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Willingness to become certified in EPJ during training.
• Ability to complete required training independently.
