Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Pipe Fitters (HVAC Mechanical Installers)to support HVAC and mechanical system installations across residential and light commercial projects.
This role is responsible for installing refrigerant piping systems, copper piping, and mechanical components critical to system performance.
Our pipe fitters work on well-managed job sites , often in high-end residential environments, where precision, clean execution, and professionalism are expected.
Responsibilities• Install refrigerant piping for HVAC systems
• Install copper piping and mechanical piping systems
• Braze and solder copper piping connections to a high standard
• Pressure test piping systems and verify system integrity
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with HVAC installation teams during system installs
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Requirements• Minimum 2+ years experience in pipe fitting or HVAC mechanical installation
• Strong experience working with copper piping and refrigeration lines
• Ability to braze and solder copper connections confidently
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical installations
• Ability to read installation layouts and plans
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Preferred Qualifications• Experience working on new construction or custom home projects
• Experience in high-end residential environments
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and mechanical equipment
• OSHA safety training
