SmartTalent is looking to a hire Print Press Operators for a digital print company in Tukwila, WA. Ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment and have flexible schedule to work 7 days during peak season (details below).
TITLE: Print Press Operator
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
SCHEDULE: 10pm-6am, will train on 1 st shift 7am-3pm
**Must be able to work 7 days a week during Spring Peak**
PAY: $22.65-$24.65

Summary/Objective:
The Print Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various printing and finishing equipment to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing, cutting, or finishing machines according to job specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure printed materials meet color, alignment, and finish standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to maintain continuous production flow.
Load materials (paper, ink, substrates, etc.) and ensure proper machine calibration.
Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.
Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs.
Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow or equipment needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating manufacturing or print production equipment preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery quickly.
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for 8+ hours per shift.
Must be able to work 7 days a week for 4-6 weeks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
