Role Overview

As a Quality Training and Adoption Manager, you will plan, resource, and execute quality training instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer's unique demands throughout the Product Management Lifecycle in accordance with quality best practices and customer expectations. You will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril Quality Management System and Quality crafts, including but not limited to Supplier Quality. You will also help drive adoption of our processes by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points. Multi-functional work and proactive communication across internal teams will help you drive the end-to-end experience; institutionalize problem solving culture using applied statistics and 8D framework. What You'll Do

• Orchestrate the expeditionary delivery of Quality training
  • Lead classroom presentations and hands-on instruction onsite at Anduril locations and Suppliers
  • Educate end users from quality engineering, specialists, inspectors, and Suppliers on Anduril's Quality Management Systems, Quality Principles & Tools, and Supplier Portal (e.g. APQP, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, 8D Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) to increase output of problem solving impact for the business
• Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our quality capabilities and end users
  • Design training curriculums across a variety of platforms, including presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations
  • Ensure instruction and training collateral remain current and updated for new features and functionality
• Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team
  • Work across a wide range of Anduril teams, including product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture quality updates and support training of end users
  • Use quality updates captured from cross-functional teams to identify and drive high impact process improvements
• Serve as the voice of our customers
  • Build a bridge between our end users and Anduril, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing the development of new processes and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• B.S Engineering or Technical equivalent
• Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, and possibly that of others. You should have a natural bias to assume responsibility.
• Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training. Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience is a plus.
• Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence of others with no hierarchical relationship
• Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
• Willing to travel up to 50-75%, to include all Anduril locations and Suppliers, for approximately 20-30 days at a time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Black Belt Six Sigma Certification

US Salary Range $170,000 - $255,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
