What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead safety inspections across shop floors and job sites
✔ Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company standards
✔ Conduct safety training (First Aid, CPR, emergency response, etc.)
✔ Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
✔ Partner with HR on workers’ comp and return-to-work programs
✔ Support safety programs like lockout/tagout, fire protection, and more
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years in construction or manufacturing environments
✔ Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices
✔ Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and safety protocols
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
