2 Sisters Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning Services Llc in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one sales development representative to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 7607 W Townsend Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Core Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Identify potential customers, create target lists, and map key decision-makers.
• Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Lead Qualification: Screen inbound leads to determine interest and budget, qualifying them based on company criteria.
• Scheduling Meetings: Set up discovery calls and demos for Account Executives (AEs).
• CRM Management: Track all activities, calls, and emails in a CRM system like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to persuade and build rapport.
• Resilience: Strong work ethic and ability to handle rejection, staying motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or outbound prospecting experience.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Research Skills: Ability to quickly gather and synthesize information about prospective companies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls/emails per day.
• Number of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) generated.
• Number of meetings scheduled/completed.
• Conversion rate of prospects to qualified opportunities.
