Job Summary
We are seeking a Morning baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of pastries. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious pastries. If you are hardworking, an early morning person, wed like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly at 5 am for morning shift
• Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries
• Follow recipes meticulously
• Prepare custom orders
• Track and maintain inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role is required
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team player
• Available for early morning shifts is mandatory.
• Full availability during busy seasons and holidays is necessary. This may involve schedule changes.
