Warehouse Loader (Night Shift)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | 40 hours per week


Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Loader for a night shift position in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves loading containers and trailers for export, operating equipment safely, and ensuring load accuracy and stability across multiple temperature zones.


Responsibilities

• Load containers and trailers using Crown Pacer equipment
• Consolidate and organize pallets during loading
• Take photos of every two pallets loaded
• Load shipping containers according to mapping and export instructions
• Wrap pallets (machine or hand) to maintain stability
• Weigh, mark, pack, and prepare shipments for export
• Unload and clean containers as needed
• Verify shipments using export documentation
• Operate stock trucks and mechanical jacks safely
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of warehouse loading experience
• Experience operating Crown Pacer equipment
• Prior experience loading containers for export
• Ability to work in cold environments (35°F) and across dry, cooler, and freezer zones
• Ability to lift 5-50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs as needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
